This track is from a 3 EP concept project involving a psychopathic politician, conservative patriot and violent guerrilla fighter. Each track of the concept project will bring together these three characters and how they related to one another, their thoughts and rationale of their life choices. 'Exceptional' provides the inner thoughts of the psychopathic politician and the smugness of his actions and the success it brings him.
